Worked
on the core product team for Workgroup’s PDM platform, ProductCenter. Fixed bugs in product based on customer
requests, and added new functionality determined by product planning team. ·
Designed
and implemented test harness in C++ to be used in automated nightly builds of
ProductCenter.
The harness uses an XML input file to determine a set of tests to
exercise all possible activities from the C++ API product and send error
report to Release Management Team. ·
Upgraded
training applications used by customers learning ProductCenter
API’s. ·
Assisted
in maintaining technical documentation for ProductCenter
API’s. ·
Designed
and implemented an XML based reporting engine for the ProductCenter
core product. Engine serialized data
according to internally defined schema and applied an XSL stylesheet,
transforming data to a presentable format to the end user. ·
Maintained
Workgroup’s legacy UNIX client for ProductCenter. Added functionality to the MOTIF based
client to bring it inline with Windows client. ·
Added
ProC components to store and access information
used in the reporting engine. Designed
tables in an Oracle database used to store report definitions. |
